The Gym....

Below are different pictures of the gym, Select an image to enlarge it. The gym currently has 4 floors which all consist of different equipment for different routines:

  • 4th floor: Cardiovascular area
  • 3rd floor: Main gym
  • 2nd floor: Leg area
  • 1st floor: Aerobics hall

The gym offers different equipment and machines needed to achieve any goal. Some examples of equipment are: A wide range of dumbbells ranging from 2 to 200 pound, guided / free weight bench press, shoulder press, leg press, cables and free / guided squat! As well as this there are many different cardiovascular machines available including rowers, treadmills, steppers and many more!
